The complex houses, its latest production facilities, administrative office and also residential buildings and recreation facilities for our employees.

Production Facilities: 

With the changing times, ISR has been updating facilities to keep pace with the advancing technology. 

ISR has commissioned a series of highly sophisticated Sendzimir Mills, 4 High Cold Rolling Mills and other state-of-art facilities for slitting, annealing etc.

ISR is capable of producing Strips, Foils and Alloys as per American, British, Japanese Standards and also catering  to the specific requirements of customers.

Administrative Office

The company is equipped with amongst others :

(a)  Induction melting furnaces.

(b)  Horizontal Continuous casting lines  with in line milling  machine.

(c)  Rolling mills which include hot rolling mill,2 high & 4 high cold rolling mills
      and 4 nos. of 20 high Sendzimir mills.

(d)  Continuous double side milling line.

(e)  Continuous Annealing and pickling lines.

(f)   Bell and Vacuum Annealing furnaces.

(g)  Sophisticated tension-free slitting lines.

(h)  Stretch Leveler Machine.

B) Quality Assurance & Testing Facilities :
     We have a sophisticated and fully equipped laboratory for Chemical and Physical testing as follows :

Chemical Testing :

(a) 2 Nos. Direct Reading Spectrophotometer.

Physical Testing :

(a) Hardness Testing machine.

(b) Universal Tensile Strength (UTS) testing machine.

(c) Microscope to measure Grain size.
   
(d) Erichsen Cupping testing machine.
 
(e) Conductivity and Resistivity meters.

(f)  Pin Hole detection system.
